About
Pak Sadi started by carrying his soto from kampung to kampung before settling on Jalan Ambengan, and the name became famous across Indonesia. Expect shredded chicken, egg, glass noodles and cabbage in a clear yellow broth, topped with koya (a crunchy cracker-and-garlic powder). Stir the koya in slowly so the broth turns creamy.
