About
Most visitors arriving by train from Yogyakarta, Bandung, Malang or Banyuwangi step off at Gubeng. Intercity passengers use the newer building on the east side (Jl. Gubeng Masjid), while the old hall on Jl. Stasiun Gubeng serves local commuter trains. It was the busiest station in the KAI Surabaya region over Lebaran 2026, so arrive early at holiday peaks.
- Intercity trains on the southern Java line
- Commuter Line services toward Sidoarjo, Malang and Blitar
- Heritage west building plus modern east building
- Close to Grand City and the city centre
