About
Run by the city library office (Dispusip Surabaya), this is the busiest of its two main branches and an easy stop between Jl. Tunjungan and Jl. Pemuda. Everything is free for holders of a Surabaya ID card, while visitors from elsewhere pay a fee to borrow. After school the study tables fill up with students.
