Run by the city archives and library office (Disarpus), this multi-storey library holds fiction and non-fiction for all ages and is a favourite free study spot for students working on assignments or theses. The reading rooms are air-conditioned, with free internet and plenty of sockets. Disarpus also runs the Microlibrary on the Alun-alun, a mobile library and a digital lending app.
