About

Purnama has served coffee since 1930 and took its current name in 1966, when Chinese-language shop names were banned. Fourth-generation owners still pour black coffee and kopi susu alongside roti srikaya, toast with homemade coconut-egg jam, in a simple room with a vintage feel. It opens at 06.30, so it makes an easy breakfast before a walk along Braga.
