Cibaduyut has long been known as Bandung's centre for handmade shoes, and many households in its lanes still run small workshops. Buying direct supports makers who now compete with marketplace fees and cheap imports; one workshop sells its pairs for about Rp149k–199k. Ask in the shops whether a pair was made locally.
