About
Pak Misari is often called one of the pioneers of lontong kupang in Sidoarjo and has been trading on the main road toward Malang since the early 1990s. The bowl is loaded with kupang, lentho and fried shallots in a sweet-spicy broth of palm sugar, garlic, chilli and petis. It gets busy and can sell out by early afternoon, so come in the morning and expect a short queue.
