About
Founded in 1955 by Yakobus and Maria Wurilatsih and now run by the third generation, Roti Matahari still bakes its roti sisir to the classic recipe: soft, pull-apart bread spread with butter. The simple shop also sells roti blencong, ronde and bagelen, plus kue basah and other Pasuruan snacks. It gets busy in the afternoons, when locals stock up on oleh-oleh.
